Since
the invention of television, it has been an important source of entertainment
of all the households. During its initial days, it was used to watch
cultural programs and news and television used to run for fixed hours
of day. Later on special programs for kids, women and multiple movies
were shown on same channel. After some time category specific
channel came which focused on animation, kids, cooking,
travelling, farming, songs, movies (Hollywood, Bollywood, regional
